Same-Day & Rush

Same-day appointments. Honest timelines.

We can see you today. What happens after that is set by the Florida Department of State, and we would rather tell you the truth about it.

Overview

What 'same-day' actually means.

Plenty of services advertise same-day apostilles. Read closely and what they mean is a same-day appointment, because the apostille itself is issued by the Florida Department of State and nobody in the private sector controls that counter's schedule. We would rather be direct: we can take the document today, and we can file tomorrow morning, but we cannot conjure a certificate out of Tallahassee on demand.

What that adds up to in practice is a document taken in today, presented at the state counter on the next filing run, and back in your hands well inside the standard 5 business days. For most genuinely urgent situations that is enough. When it is not, we will tell you at intake rather than take your money and hope.

Where speed is genuinely won is at the front end. A document that is wrong — the uncertified background check, the unsigned notarial certificate, the hospital birth certificate — costs a week. Catching that in the first ten minutes is worth more than any rush fee.

What actually happens.

01

One Appointment

You come to West Kennedy Boulevard at a time we've reserved for you. One exchange, and the document is in our hands.

02

A Real Review

Every document is examined before filing — issuing seal, signature, notarial certificate, and the specific requirements of the country it's headed to.

03

Filed By Hand

We present the document at the Florida Department of State in person. Nothing sits in a mailroom, and nothing waits behind a batch of other people's paperwork.

FAQ

Rush service questions.

Can I get an apostille the same day?

Not the apostille itself — that is issued by the Department of State on its own schedule. What we can do same-day is collect the document, review it, and have it at the state counter on the next filing run. Anyone promising a same-day certificate is describing the appointment, not the apostille.

What is the fastest realistic turnaround?

Well inside the standard 5 business days when the document is clean and collected early. Call with your actual deadline and we will tell you straight whether it is achievable — including when the answer is no.

Is there a rush fee?

The $190 is flat and already includes in-person filing, which is the part that makes it fast. Where a genuinely exceptional trip is required we quote it up front.

What's the cut-off for a same-day appointment?

2 PM most days, subject to the filing schedule. Call earlier in the day and the odds are considerably better.

What slows an apostille down most?

A document that was never eligible. Uncertified background checks, hospital certificates and incomplete notarial certificates account for most lost time — all of which we catch at intake.

Can you help if my deadline is impossible?

We will tell you it is impossible, which is more useful than a maybe. Sometimes there is another route — a different document the consulate accepts, or a federal authentication — and we will point at it if there is.
