4830 W Kennedy Blvd, Suite 633K, in Tampa's Westshore district. Call and we'll hold a time — confirmed within one business hour.
The office runs on appointments rather than drop-ins, and the reason is practical: documents are filed in person in Tallahassee, so on filing days there is genuinely nobody at the counter. A reserved time means the trip is never wasted, and it means somebody has already looked at what you are bringing before you set off.
Our office is on West Kennedy Boulevard in the Westshore business district, minutes from Tampa International and easy to reach from the Veterans Expressway, I-275 and the Howard Frankland. Suite 633K, with parking on site. Call, and you will have a confirmed slot inside one business hour.
Bring the document and photo identification. If it still needs notarizing, bring it unsigned — a notary has to witness the signature, so signing at home defeats the purpose. Most appointments run under fifteen minutes.
A certified copy with the issuing official's seal. Hospital keepsakes, photocopies and laminated documents cannot be apostilled.
Required if anything needs notarizing. A driver's licence, passport or state ID, unexpired.
If it needs a notary, do not sign it beforehand. The notary has to witness the signature for the act to be valid.
Tell us where it's going. Requirements differ sharply, and non-Hague countries need a different route entirely.
If the receiving authority sent you a checklist, bring it. It settles questions faster than guesswork.
No forms to complete in advance. We fill in the Department of State request form with you at your appointment.
Our office is at 4830 W Kennedy Blvd, Suite 633K in Tampa's Westshore district, open Monday to Saturday and run by appointment. Clients travel to us from across Hillsborough plus Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Manatee, Sarasota and Hernando.
Every document is filed in person at the Florida Department of State rather than mailed, which is what holds the return to 5 business days. Spanish-language service is available throughout.

Appointments are confirmed inside one business hour, not the next day. Tell us roughly when suits and we'll fit you in.
We read the document before it travels. Wrong seal, missing notarial wording, a certificate the state won't accept — we catch it here, where fixing it costs nothing.
Your paperwork goes to the Department of State counter in a person's hands, not an envelope. That's the whole reason the timeline is five days instead of several weeks.
Apostilled originals are ready in 5 business days at the Westshore office, and we call as soon as they land.
You are told the number before we take the document, and it does not move. The state's per-document filing fee is already counted inside it.
Filing fees are not extra: the state's $10 per document is already inside these numbers, as is in-person submission and the handling either side of it. Notarization is available as an add-on where required.
Grab the Apostille and Notarial Certificate Request Form from the Florida Department of State here. There's no need to fill it out ahead of time — we'll complete it with you at your appointment.
We would rather you didn't. On filing days the office may be empty because the documents are being presented at the state counter in Tallahassee. One phone call saves you a wasted trip, and we can usually fit you in the same day.
Often the same day, and rarely more than the next. Tell us roughly when suits and you'll have a confirmed time within one business hour of asking.
Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday noon to 5 PM. We're closed Sundays. Appointments are booked inside those hours.

Yes. We're Florida-commissioned notaries, so the signing and the apostille filing happen in the same visit. Bring the document unsigned and valid photo ID.
For a document already certified or notarized, yes — anyone can drop it in at the booked time. If it still needs notarizing, the signer has to be present, either in person or by remote online notarization.
